Kim Gift is a LEED Associate with more than 10 years of experience in real estate and construction, focused in sustainable development. Kim began her career working for a construction company managing large projects for the University of Texas, Department of Defense and the Army Corp. of Engineers. Following her Master’s Degree, Kim transitioned to the investment/ownership/development side of the industry and has worked for Arcadian Real Estate Group and Castle Rock Equity Group on multifamily & retail acquisitions and developments.

Kim received her Certificate from Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, Leadership and Management and her Masters from NYU, Sustainable Real Estate Development. She also holds her Graduate Certificate from Boston Architectural College, Sustainable Design & Construction as well as a Bachelors of Science from Purdue University, Construction Engineering & Management. Kim is a member of the LEED Green Association and a ULI member on the TAPS Steering Committee.
